According to the 1860 Union Twp, MO federal census George was living with his younger brother Frederic and his family
a Lucinda Briggs m a George Redinger in Cedar Ia on 11/11/1860
Lucinda, the oldest daughter, married George Redinger. They both died in 1913 a month apart. I don’t think they had any children. Also it appears that Lucinda likely had a different mother. Her death certificate gives her mother’s name as Phoebe Olinger who was born in Germany. I can’t quite read the middle name of Phoebe but it looks like it could be Anna. It gives Lucinda’s father as John M. Briggs born Pennsylvania.(?)
